My nurse Amy is always amazing. She is always very professional and thoughtful. Amy does a wonderful job of informing me of what she is doing. She also makes you feel comfortable even though you’re in a hospital like environment. We always have great conversations which makes my two hour infusion go by much faster. we have become friends over the last year and a half while I have been her patient. I wish every nurse that I have encountered in my life was like her. I recommend if you have to go to this facility that you ask for her.

Option care has gone above and beyond anything imaginable to help myself and my family - they always seem to have a positive attitude, both the pharmacy and the home nurse that comes to visit. The seem genuine and happy to help. They even went out of their way to provide care in ways that no other medical facility has ever done for me, nor have i heard stories of being provided. - The example is on a personal financial level, however they need to be praised! Thank you Option Care for truly caring.

I have used Option Care for about 16 years now. In the last year and a half, It is like pulling teeth to get someone to answer the phone or return my call in the offices. The nurses are wonderful! But I am tempted in finding a new home health care company because this has just been stressful.

Nurse Amy took care of my husband for a few weeks luckily we only had Iv antibiotics to do for a couple weeks & blood draws on Mondays but she was wonderful. Thank you for putting up with my husband lol 😃
