Esmeralda was the first person to greet me when I made an appointment. Very friendly and patient with me when I had the wrong insurance card. At my appointment Faith was awesome. She checked me in and verified everything. Then she went above and beyond by going into storage to find what I was looking for. Ultimately I chose frames that she 1st suggested. She also conducted my prep work. Optometrist was very professional and made me feel ease while she gave me my eye exam. Then back to Esmeralda who went over everything my insurance covered and what was out of pocket due to my choices (scratch warranty etc). Everything was reasonable and I should have my new glasses soon. Great people, great experience. Oh and the music in the waiting room was good too!

Not that bad I guess - my second time here on having an exam and a newer prescription being done on my own frames. It’s been already 14 labor days ( not counting Saturdays and Sundays ) and still waiting - frustrating but trying to be patient. Came to the app and looked up a few reviews and now I’m having doubts !! Guess it’s too late for that !! Didn’t call since as I mentioned- I’m trying to be patient- but not even a call back to assure me that my order is in good hands ????? It’s a good thing I have a spare. Hoping to hear soon on a feedback !!!! UPDATE- after just 1 hour of posting my recent review they actually called me to say my order had arrived 🤔hummm strange !! But anyway, I did receive them and everything was fine so thank you !!!! I’ll give another star

The staff was very welcoming and professional from the moment I walked in. The doctor took their time explaining everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the exam. The whole process was smooth and efficient. I really appreciated how attentive and caring everyone was. Highly recommend! ESMERALDA is the best.

Yahayra was amazing during my mom’s optical visit. She was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. She also speaks Spanish, which made a huge difference and helped my mom feel comfortable and understood. We’re very grateful for her great service!

I have found a new eye doctor!! From the moment I walked into the office, I was welcomed..check-in process was very quick and easy (filling out the usual forms) Amber was phenomenal (Receptionist)..not only did she get everything set, she contacted my insurance company to assist me with ordering everything I needed..the doctor was amazing, very kind and understanding..he even apologized for the delay in seeing me (which was probably less than 10 mins)...cannot say enough great thing about the office staff and overall service..shout out to Faith (amazing)..check out their services, you will not regret it!
