They explained every step of Abhinav’s treatment clearly and made him feel comfortable and confident throughout the visits. The doctor and staff were extremely patient, attentive, and genuinely caring. The treatment process was smooth, well-organized, and we could really see the improvement in his teeth over time. Appointments were always on time and the office is clean and well maintained. We truly appreciate the quality of care and attention they provide. Braces suck but Old Dominion Ortho's staff did an awesome job working through the process with me. Front desk was also on top of their game. Everyone was prompt and very personable. As a first-timer to braces and have high anxiety with the dentist/ortho-alike, their staff were very accommodating. Informing me step by step to help ease my nerves. They were also very welcoming to my 2 year old tagging along during my visits. At the end, couldn't be happier with the results! Highly recommend Dr. Jordan and his staff :)
