Dr. Ramadan and her staff are truly exceptional. They listen carefully, are consistently thorough, and remain incredibly accessible. She always manages to get us in the same day when the kids are sick, and she respects my use of complementary therapies (supplements, chiropractic care, etc.) without any judgment. The entire practice runs like a well-oiled machine, and I’m continuously impressed by both the quality of care and the genuine kindness every staff member shows. Dr. Ramadan has built something special, and we are so grateful to have her as our children’s pediatrician.

Like a lot of the other reviews, we thought the practice was great until our children actually had medial issues that needed to be addressed. Dr. Ramadan brushed me off for 9 months with my newborn then suddenly “why didn’t anyone catch that”… that person should have been her. My baby needed 3 surgeries for this issue. That’s when we should have left but regrettably we stayed and the same thing happened for our next baby. She panics in situations as well, pushing us to call an ambulance one time because her medical assistant couldn’t properly get an oxygen reading (she didn’t even try herself). The practice has gotten so busy, she rushes through appointments, doesn’t fully answer your questions, then pretends like she explained everything. It’s like she forgets to start/finish half of her

Our family has been with Oak Pediatrics since my son was a newborn, and now at 15 months old, I can say without hesitation that choosing this practice was one of the best decisions we’ve made for his care. Dr. Ramadan is truly exceptional. She has such a warm and professional presence, and she always makes sure to listen carefully to parents’ concerns. Her advice is thoughtful, thorough, and genuinely helpful, not just the kind of quick, generic answers you sometimes get elsewhere. What stands out most is how much she clearly cares. Our family had a similar experience to the previous review. We had concerns for our son’s development that were brushed off and told we were “overreacting”. I also knew some of the early newborn recommendations did not seem to align with what’s best practice because I happen to not only be a mom, but also an Early Intervention provider for over a decade. Thankfully due to my professional experience I quickly switched practices once we were told we were overreacting. We eventually confirmed my son did in fact have a brain injury with the help of our new pediatricians urgent referrals. Not sure how long it would have taken to get our son diagnosed and how much time we would have lost in getting him the care he needed if we hadn’t switched doctors.

Dr.Ramadan is amazing—compassionate, attentive, and never brushes us off. She truly cares and always provides the best care. You can feel just in every single interactions that she is just the most genuine and all around the best. We are so grateful all three of our kids are under her care.
