Excellent experience all-around! Professional, knowledgeable and super kid-friendly! My oldest had her braces removed recently and got to cash in her sharky bucks! She actually looked forward to visiting to see how many sharky bucks she could gather by the time her braces were removed. The whole staff took their time to explain every step and answer any of our questions. I would recommend RTO to anyone.

My daughter had a wonderful experience and her teeth look amazing!! The staff is so kind, Dr Tim was easy to work with and incredibly knowledgeable. We couldn’t be happier with the results!

Went in to see if they could straighten my crazy teeth and they did a great job! I had Dr. Jay and Dr. Tim. They were both fabulous! Staff is also amazing...so friendly and accommodating. Nice, clean office space and great incentives and rewards for kids.

Dr. Tim and staff are friendly helpful and always on time. They took their time in explaining the whole process of using invisilign aligners from start to finish. When 1 aligner didn't fit, they immediately got me into the office and resolved the issue. Would highly recommend this office and I couldn't be happier with my new smile

WOW! I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Tim and the entire staff at RTO! I was shown so much compassion and given such great care while undergoing such a complex treatment plan. I was made comfortable each visit, was met with such kindness and sincere positivity, and felt like I was genuinely listened to. I never once felt anxiety or stress coming in for an ortho appointment that I may have otherwise felt for any other dental appointment. I am so grateful to have found this office and I am SO happy with the outcome of my smile after Invisalign! 100/10 would recommend seeking treatment and care with Dr. Tim (and RTO in general)! :)
