I can’t say enough positive things about Westford Smiles. Before becoming a patient there, I had not visited a dentist in 25 years. Needless to say, I was overdue and more than a little apprehensive. From my very first appointment, the team immediately put me at ease. The staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely inviting — even offering a water or juice after check-in. The office is well-run and typically right on schedule, with little to no wait time, which I really appreciate. Dr. Kare is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and straightforward. I could not be happier with the care I've received from Dr. Kare and his staff. The moment you walk in the office you feel welcomed. Dr. Kare's guidance through my dental journey has been exceptional. He has a wealth of knowledge and finds a way to explain it so the patient has a full understanding of their procedures. Not only that, but you can tell he actually cares about those walking through his door. I won't be looking for another dentist for a very long time!

Westford Smiles has been my dental choice for over 25 years. Dr. Kare and staff are caring and concerned professionals dedicated to good outcomes for their patients.

While I think that the care and dentistry of Dr. Kare and team were good, I feel like they totally misrepresented themselves about accepting insurance- BEWARE, they are not in-network provider and you will have to pay out of network regardless! We initially switched over to Westford smiles when our previous dentist no longer accepted our insurance and we called Westford and they said that they are an in-network provider (we checked our insurance and at the time they listed Westford Smiles as part of their insurance network ) like they claimed to be and can accept our insurance. When I got my cleaning and had some cosmetics done , they said they are not an in-network provider and only accepted a small portion - I also had to pay $31 copay for cleaning when it should have been covered.
