I had an excellent experience at Westford Dentistry. Everyone is super welcoming & they genuinely care about their patients. Everyone from the front office to the dental assistants to Dr. Leung took time to explain everything & always made sure I was comfortable the whole visit. I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for quality dental work.

Had the best experience today. There was a fill in hygienist helping out in the office and it was probably the best visit I’ve had yet. She did a great job. I hope she’s filling in again next time. lol

I am extremely disappointed with the front desk staff’s behavior. I have been a patient here for over 5 years with no prior issues. Melanie has always been helpful, and Dr. Narges Rashid is exceptional, which makes this experience even more frustrating. Due to dangerous blizzard, the state had declared a snow emergency and travel ban for two days. On the day of my appointment, Town of Westford had canceled schools, trash/recycling pickup, and universities were closed due to a severe blizzard with over two feet of snow. Given these unsafe conditions, I called the office at 8:00 AM to cancel my appointment scheduled for that morning. The staff is extremely welcoming, making an effort to really build that relationship with the patient. As a new patient, they were very thorough in making sure all my records, scans, and information were complete so they could care for me properly. They also took the time to hear any/all my concerns and clarified any questions I had. I highly recommend this practice. Everyone seems extremely knowledgeable and kind.

The reason they have such great reviews is because they are AMAZING! I highly recommend going here. I cannot express how great my visit was. I have not gone to the dentist in about 7 years because I always had not so great experiences. I am actually excited for my next visit. Everyone is SO WELCOMING and KIND! I am so happy I found this gem.
