Oak Creek Froedtert Community Hospital

An absolute joke. On Feb. 19, 2026, I made an online appointment for the urgent care center adjacent to this hospital. I noted my symptoms: dizziness; a tingling sensation in both arms; and chest tightness. I arrived early for my appointment. But upon my arrival, the UCC clerk said it would not see me -- for reasons unclear to me. She directed me to this hospital's ER, down the hall. So, I walked down the hall to the ER. I clearly and calmly explained my symptoms to the front desk clerk. Unmoved, she indicated that it would be at least a three-wait. So, that story again: I was, potentially, on the verge of either a heart attack or stroke -- but Froedtert wants me to wait three hours for service. Uhhhhhhh.......no. I left immediately. I knew it was a mistake to enroll in a Network Heal

Took my 18 year old to urgent care here today while he was visiting from college. His issues are anxiety and insomnia. They told him they can't help him. The lady at the front desk was nice.

Terrible hospital I ever experienced haven’t got seen and they do nothing at all but waste ppl time if I would die before I got there and it was my first time I’m disgusted. If you black I don’t think this is for you💯

The nurse Kash and Dr Sarah were so kind my daughter felt so good they kept her so distracted during the whole process she didn’t even. Think about being sick, even the two ladies at reception were kind I wish I could give them 1000 stars

The physicians and staff in the neuropsychology department are exceptional. Their care and compassion is on the next level, and I would recommend Froedtert to my family and friends for all their health care concerns.
