Will not return - after 2 appointments I have the same experience that Elena Giese did not have a good "bedside" approach in both of my appointments. Proceeded with removing a mole that was concerning without much of a discussion. I felt dismissed and an object - not a person.

I have never had this done before and the doctor just started coming at me with a needle without even telling me anything needed to be biopsied so I freaked out and told her she needed to tell me what she was doing. She was obviously annoyed like I should have known, even though I'm not a mind reader and told her this was my first time at a dermatologist. Some of the worst bedside manners I've ever witnessed. They also didn't properly numb one spot and I felt everything. Then they just hand you a piece of paper for wound care and leave. Violated is the best way to describe how I felt. Dr Giese talked me thru the process and made me feel comfortable with my decision as well as scheduling a 2 week follow up for any touch ups needed. I am usually a pt in Franklin but I think I may continue to take the extra time to drive to see her from now on. Definitely recommend Dr Giese and Forefront Dermatology for general and cosmetic needs.
