My experience at the Sinus and Snoring MD in Oak Creek was Excellent! Every person who helped me was very professional and caring. Dr. Plein, Drew the PA and Patrick, as well as the teammates at the front desk were all very caring and wanted to insure my procedure went as planned. The results of my procedures have resulted in me being able to breath through my nose for the first time. My snoring is so much better and I’m getting a more restful sleep. Dr. Swerdlin and staff performed absolute life changing sinus surgery. Where I had been snoring, breathing through my mouth with any minor stuffiness, and restricted nose breathing even on my best day... immediately after surgery and removal of the balloons I knew it was radically better nose breathing. And it continues to improve in the weeks after surgery with the cleaning check ups and swelling reduction. Sleep quality has drastically improved with added bonus of no more snoring. Amazing difference to be able to breathe fully through my nose 24x7, and I mostly look forward to sinuses draining as they should and no more ineffective sinus/allergy pills. Amazing. They diagnosed a problem I didn’t even know I had. I wasn’t even aware that my “normal” breathing was less than optimal. Amazon my courteous, professional, and knowledge staff. Every level. Patient intake, front desk, paperwork, insurance processing. Every single person was so nice. Caring and REALLY looked out for my best interests and care. Explaining everything and happily fielded every question to make sure I was comfortable with every step of the treatment. You’ll wish every medical visit to other providers were always this good!
