Edit: Dr Mark Warner has passed and the place is now closed. I've been going to Dr Warner for 16 years now and he by far is the best dentist i've ever had work on my teeth. When I first started going there they didn't shame me for having bad teeth like I've experienced at other places. They designed a plan and got to work fixing 17 cavities and removing my wisdom teeth. I have poor enamel so it's no surprise when I need a filling. Sometimes I would stop in and if there was time instead of just getting 2 fillings like other places i've had as many as 8 teeth done. I've even double booked making a morning appointment and coming back in the afternoon for just a few fillings. Sure today was a simple cleaning but I'm going back tomorrow for a few filling without hesitation.

I had a pleasant experience at Southshore Dental. Dr. Warner and his staff are always polite and I enjoy going. Been a patient for many years and always had a great experience. Staff has always communicated well. Looking forward to my next cleaning!

Hello, To be frank, I would never recommend your business to anyone, given the care experiences that I have had from the organization as a whole. Staff rarely answer the phone, to begin with, and even more rarely ever call back if a voicemail is left. My doctor didn’t show up to my last appointment and, as a result, I never got to have my scheduled X-Rays. I wasn’t even given the opportunity to have a makeup date to come in and get them. I just never got to get them. Also, I’ve been informed, each of the last two weeks, that my doctor wasn’t going to be available the day of my visit. No advanced notice was given, which clearly shows a lack of protectiveness on the staff to then be notified of this only a few hours before my actual appointment. Not sure what has been going on at this office. My scheduled appointment was cancelled due to the dentist needing to be out for the day...things happen and I understand that. I called a few days later to reschedule and had to leave a voicemail. No response. The following week, I left another voicemail. No response. If things are going on at the office, it would at least be considerate to communicate with existing patients. I now need to find a new office
