Team Rehabilitation Physical Therapy

I'm 73, and broke my femer at the end of October, 2025. I had 6 weeks of non weight bearing to heal. I was able to start Physical therapy in January at Team Rehabilitation. I love this place and my therapist Amanda Lopez. I've had 15, 1 hour sessions so far, and am gaining strength and balance. I've had 8 surgeries over the last 25 years that required Physical therapy. Without a doubt this place is the best I've ever experienced. Go there, you won't be disappointed.

I have been coming to Team Rehab for a few years on and off with knee and ankle issues. I love the staff and the care that I receive. Most recently I’m rehabbing for a knee replacement and Andy is beyond helpful and professional. I know I’ll meet my therapy goals without a doubt. The entire staff is great! Highly recommend!

When I first arrived at Team Rehab I was in incredible pain. I was no longer able to do gardening, carry groceries, and had difficulty driving, lifting and pain kept me awake. My therapist caught many unknown issues and the reason for so much pain. Gradually I felt better in one area, and then other additional areas would be discovered. Josh methodically addressed each one. It did take some time learning how to do strengthening exercises. And I had to do them as homework at home too for maintaining my new pain-free lifestyle. Avoided surgery, drugs, and learned how to take care of myself. I had to change . Thank you for giving me my life back. Appointments are always started on time or a couple minutes early. My therapist takes the time to listen what is happening with my physical problem and explains how she will try to help make me better.
