NuCara Pharmacy - Coralville, IA

I would like to write a review to appreciate Alexis (or Lexis—I’m sorry I couldn’t hear her name clearly). I arrived at NuCara Pharmacy in a desperate attempt to find an essential medication for my mother that was currently in short supply. With the weekend approaching, she would have otherwise had to wait until at least Monday to receive it. The prescription needed to be transferred from another pharmacy that was about to close in just four minutes. Without wasting a moment, Alexis called the other pharmacy instead of messaging and worked efficiently to transfer the prescription. Even though NuCara Pharmacy was also close to closing, she and the team processed the prescription and made sure I received the medication, even staying past their working hours. The ladies that I met this morning were so nice and helpful! I had been having troubles making it to Coralville and so happened that I was today. They fit me right in! Very helpful and knowledgeable!!!

The lead pharmacist, Chris, went out of his way for me. They were behind refilling prescriptions and told me up front it would be about 3 days. A week later, I still had not heard from them. When I called to check on the status, Chris answered the phone and was immediately concerned about the delay and the fact that I was completely out of the medication at home at that point and could not get to them before they closed that day. His solution was to offer to refill the Rx and deliver it to my house after work. He did deliver it promptly after work and was very friendly. I think that is incredible service--so unexpected and just really thoughtful. Thank you for going the extra mile, Chris!

I've tried everything to remove a 10 year old wart on my finger.
