Northwell Health Physician Partners Diabetes & Endocrinology at Medford

This office has horrible customer service. The get in contact with them is nearly impossible. The NP I was seeing wasn’t very thorough/direct but was nice in Medford. When I first came to the office when they diagnosed me the DR didn’t even look at me in the face to tell me I had graves while pregnant. I went to the office in happauge and seen a different NP cursed under her breath because she didn’t clear her other clients chart before coming into my room. I wouldn’t recommend waiting to get seen here. My sister also came here her first time the dr looked at her and said she’s just overweight meanwhile she had hypothyroidism and struggled her whole life with weight. Look into the reviews before calling. 2/10 all around here. I’ve called 10+ times and nobody has picked up the phone today t

Perhaps the worst doctor's office I've ever been to - any time I have called the office I am unable to get through to a human, so if you ever need to schedule or change an appointment, you're out of luck. I had to call at least 5 times to follow up on a prescription only to find out it was never sent in by anyone. Also, even if you do manage to get an appointment, it will most likely only be once a year, so god forbid you have a serious illness that requires more regular care. All of the appointments I have been able to get have been utterly useless, just reviewing my bloodwork, suggesting changes to my diet, and that's it. If you can, find ANY other endocrinologist practice in the area, it's not worth the hassle.

My NP, Danielle, has been incredibly supportive and caring in my fight with diabetes. I've been to many other endocrinologists, and I can say hands down this place is the best. They never brush me off or rush me out of my appointments. They stay in contact and are always very helpful. The nurses are great too, especially Fiona, whom I see every two weeks. The front desk staff is super nice as well. While I can’t remember all their names except for Casey, the minute I walk in, they recognize me and check me in without me having to say a word. It’s little touches like that that make a big difference

This is the most unprofessional office I have dealt with. I made an appointment they cancelled the appointment without notifying me the receptionist was extremely rude. The manager calls me to follow up at 4:50 on Friday saying she will call me back Monday because the office is closing- never called me on Monday- and is now out for "a couple days". the office states there isn't anyone above her because she is the manager. So unprofessional for working individuals who have to take off work to go to appointments. I would not recommend at all! STAY AWAY!

I have been with this practice for the last 3 years and have always had a great experience. The front desk has always called me back for appointment or Dr. questions within a timely manner and I never have to wait too long in the office. I love Dr. kumbar and practitioner Courtney. They were extremely attentive during my first pregnancy and when I just found out I was expecting again the staff and Dr. Kumbar recognized the urgency and got back to be right away with an appointment and a protocol on how to proceed with my medication- I’ve never had a bad experience.
