Front desk is unbelievably rude. When she asked my name to locate my appointment, she was like, what name is this?? Unbelievable.

Over a thousand dollars cost to me that was not covered by insurance for an approximately 1 hour appointment just to test for your allergies and then just get prescribed a super common over-the-counter allergy drug without any insights. Extremely disappointed and frustrated. Honestly, it kind of feels like I got robbed. !!Ask the cost to you!! (after insurance) BEFORE you agree to the appointment and sign up to do anything at this place.

I've never had an issue until today. I've been a patient for years. Now it seems like gossiping about patients out in the open is a thing. The Dr is ALWAYS late. My appointment was at 315 and it's been 35 mins and still haven't been seen. I could see 5 or 10 mins late, but almost an hour?!?!?! None of the staff care about the health of the patients. Not to mention the very childish nursing manager. I've witnessed her hand out her own medications to patients at the checkout window and yell at patients. Seems to be that she has a very short fuse. Wrong profession to be in. I'll be making phone calls and being referred elsewhere. If you want to be treated like a person, bring your kids/yourself ANYWHERE else.

I am extremely disappointed with this office. I saw Dr Scott, and while he was very nice and had a good bedside manner, I felt the 3 hour wait in the room was way too much. I also had to call to get my bloodwork results several times, and was met with attitude every time. It took 3 weeks to get all my bloodwork results. The way I was treated made me feel like a bother, instead of making me feel like my health is important. Definitely would not recommend.

I was very pleased with my experience at Northeast Allergy. My appointment was on time. All of the staff were very kind and helpful. Dr. Bonilla was excellent. I was afraid that it would take multiple visits to get a final diagnosis but they diagnosed my peanut allergy in one visit with a quick 15-minute test. I highly recommend this practice.
