Went for the first time! Everyone was very nice and easy to talk to. Everything went quick and efficiently. Moira, the NP I met with for the first time was very sweet and figured out my problem very fast and helped me get what I need to treat my problem! Very thankful!

Dr. Mailhot is one of the very best doctors I've ever had. He's compassionate, calm, listens to every word, and he has to be the most down-to-earth doctor in the world. Most importantly, he genuinely wants to help his patients. He's truly excellent. I'm so grateful to have such an amazing dermatologist right in Leominster. The NPs there are awesome, too, and the front office staff are very pleasant and professional.

Dr. Mailhot and his assistant went out of their way to make sure I got reconnected to my contact dermatitis App (crucial for one with many allergies). They listened carefully and suggested ways that they might help in the event of future eczema flares. They also responded quickly in My Chart messaging. This is a high quality, caring, medical team. I have been a patient for almost 2 years now and I continue to be very impressed.
