McLaughlin Family Dentists - Leominster

I have been going to MacLaughlin Dental for many years. It has been the best dental practice all of those years -37 to be exact. I drive from another town to come here and always have. This last visit was amazing- the dental hygienist was incredibly gentle but effective. I have to have shots for every cleaning because I have sensitive teeth and I hardly felt anything when I got them! And my cleaning was very gentle throughout-she checked in with me frequently to make sure I was comfortable. She was very personable also- as are everyone at this office and always have been. They are great- I highly recommend this dental practice!

I've been a patient here for several years, even after moving out of state, because I love the staff so much. I have a lot of anxiety around the dentist and this has been the only practice I've ever been to where the staff and my experiences with them have helped ease that some. Everyone is kind, patient, and gentle, and also great at explaining the processes before or as they're happening.

First time visiting. Everyone made us feel very welcome ! The staff was caring and knowledgeable! I felt as if I were in a family environment with the entire team. Dr McLaughlin has a very fun personality! He immediately made us feel at ease and addressed all concerns. I feel confident that my husband and myself made a good choice! I hadn't been to the Dentist since Covid, decided it was Time!! Looked up who took my Delta PPO Dental Ins. Dr. McLaughlin was on the list, was happy it wasn't an Aspen Dental. I made the call, they got me in for a Deep Clean the following week. The Office Staff is Super Friendly, the place is immaculate, the hygienist listened to my concerns regarding X-rays and did them so fast it was painless. Dr. Song was thorough and explained everything she was doing, my teeth feel great! I am going in for a follow-up to fix a crack in a filing and I'm not nervous at all! Bonus Points for having a Dog "Loki" I avoided going to the Dentist for years because I had a bad experience, glad I called Dr. McLaughlin's office and I am back on track with my oral health!

I am so thrilled that I found McLaughlin Family Dentists! Dr. Ian McLaughlin is a superb dentist in all ways! Misty is an absolute treasure in her role in the office! All the staff are professional, kind, caring, and great at what they do. I couldn't ask for more from any dental/medical office and experience. 👍🏼👏
