Central Mass Oral Surgery

My son had his wisdom teeth removed February 2026. The doctors were straight forward with how their process works. Everything from where to park and checking in, to wheeling my son out to the car, ran like clockwork. My son was in and out of surgery in less than an hour. Those waiting for patients in surgery have a separate waiting room that is quiet and comfortable. Comprehensive after care instructions, medication ready to pick up on the ride home, and a call later that evening to check in to see how he was doing post anesthesia were provided. Every staff member was polite, professional, and welcoming. Healing has gone beautifully, swelling lasted about 8 days. I have not a single complaint. I went to CMOS for a particularly tricky extraction, my largest molar had broken almost below the gum line. I was extremely nervous about the appointment and my nurse took such great care of me and helped me feel comfortable. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I did opt for the nitrous oxide which I highly recommend if you are nervous for dental work because I did not feel a thing and barely remember the procedure. The only reason I didn't give five stars was that I wish they had My husband in the recovery room with me when they were giving me my aftercare instructions because it kind of felt like a lot to try to remember especially after having had a scary procedure and recovering from the gas. But I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking to get dental work done!!

The CMOS team is great! I was very nervous to have wisdom teeth removed as an adult, but Dr. Kobakov and the nurses explained the procedure, risks, and benefits very clearly and answered my questions with kindness. They were patient with me when I became emotional at times and consistently checked in to ensure I was doing okay. Both removals went smoothly from start to finish, the recovery instructions were clear, and I had no complications. The billing team was also very helpful. Thank you so much!

Would recommend. Very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive staff who seemed to try and make you as comfortable as possible. Went in to get my 2 bottom wisdom teeth out, they let me know they were about to administer the sleep medication, and next thing I know I’m sitting in a car ready to go home. They were quick but efficient. They provided detailed instructions as well to my boyfriend (who drove me home) and later called the same day to ensure I was ok. Mouth was sore (but to be expected).

I came in for a tooth removal, and though I was going to be late, they were super understanding and kind in regards to my situation. The process was quick and easy and they made sure I was real comfortable. They were thorough as they explained to me everything that was going on, so that I wouldn’t have to stress or be anxious. A good staff and a wonderful experience.
