Unimpressed with the staff at this office. Specifically with the receptionists. Every time there is an issue with my childs account (copay, balance, insurance verification, etc) the ladies always make it seem like it is a bother when I ask for extra details. I never see any smiles when I walk in through the door. Isn’t a children’s place supposed to be warm and welcoming?.. seems like they are just there to cash a check and enjoy their snacks.. Just glad I only come in here for routine check ups. I rather go to urgent care for sick visits. Also some providers are okay but we always see different faces, seems like there’s a new provider every couple of months.

“I had an appointment booked for my kids, and on the very morning of the visit, they called to tell us they refused to see us because our children are not vaccinated. Seriously? These are people who took an oath to care for others — especially innocent children — yet they deny medical care because of a personal choice? How is that not discrimination? Aren’t doctors supposed to care for everyone without bias or judgment? They told us, ‘We would only see your kids if they had a bad reaction to vaccines,’ but if you choose not to vaccinate for religious or personal reasons, you’re not welcome. That’s heartbreaking and wrong. They should be healers, not gatekeepers. This office is part of the problem, not the solution.” Our appointment was with Dr Smith

Absolutely, hands down, best care staff. So glad we found this place!

Where my kids, some adults and grandchildren go to see the dr. I as of late, feel very let down. 35 years ago this was the most caring Doctors office, even after Dr Weber couldn’t practice and Dr Sam bought the practice , great dr! But now , anything but great! Cold and robotic like, no empathy for patients, in and out, no real caring . Every now and then we get a could dr or nurse practitioner, but they never stay. So I’m just really disappointed and sadly will be finding a new dr for my son . Just not the warm caring team I remember !

All of the employees that I have dealt with in 3 years taking my kids, I have had nothing but pleasant interactions. The care is good, they are accommodating, and willing to go the extra mile to help you, especially the receptionists.
