North Building

Don’t see any of the doctors here for appointments. Because the building is on hospital owned property (although the building is at least 300 to 400 yards away from the actual hospital, and has its own separate parking lot), anything they do including what they call routine will be billed as a hospital procedure and you will be responsible for an exorbitant amount of money, even after your insurance covers it! Their ENT department charged $900 to run a scope up my nose for about 1 1/2 minutes. Told me it was routine. They never showed me any paperwork detailing extra charges. Never described that I would be charged extra. This was not an hospital visit. It was in their offices, as part of an exam. I saw a nurse practitioner, not even an MD. I wouldn't come back here even it it was my only option. $500 to find out I might have allergies (I don't). Read the other reviews, they overbill badly and use more expensive billing codes when they can. They'll run "routine" exams you don't need just to stick you with the bill. Don't even try calling about it, contact your insurer. Better yet, don't come here in the first place. Update - just got the facility bill 8 monthsl later on the 4th of July, $1600 total. Total bill was over $2k. Just to find out I might have allergies. If I was on fire and UC Health was the only place that had a bucket of water I'd tell them to keep it to themselves.

Way too over-priced. I went for a basic visit getting blood tested, ending up being over $200 after insurance. They don't tell you the prices until they bill you the amount. I would recommend going somewhere else.
