Apex CliniCare: Urgent Care and Wellness Center

I took my daughter for urgent care due to a severe worsening cough and shortness of breath from a virus 2 months prior that her pediatrician stated was "just an after effect" from the "bug" that had gone around. Dr Alex saw her and was very attentive, professional, knowledgeable and caring. He prescribed 2 inhalers that made a huge noticeable difference in a matter of 2 days. I liked this office so much I made them my Primary Care. I saw Dr Beth for my annual check up and she is just as AMAZING as Alex! I love this place and will NOT go anywhere else for care! The office is also very clean!

I came in today for a cough that has progressively worsened over the last few days, and the care I received was phenomenal. It was my first time visiting, and from the moment I walked in, the experience was wonderful. The front desk staff was very kind and so welcoming. My nurse was absolutely amazing, he had such a great sense of humor, made me feel completely comfortable, and reassured me that they would be thorough and take my concerns seriously. I truly felt cared for. My CNP, Alex, was extremely knowledgeable and attentive. I felt seen, heard, and respected regarding my concerns. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality care. Took my son here this morning for a bad ingrown toenail removal nail. They got us back quickly and we were in and out in no time. Receptionist was very friendly. The doctor was very professional, friendly and most of all did a wonderful job for my son. The office is very clean. Will definitely be our go to urgent care in the future. Best one we’ve been to.

Alex and the entire staff at Apex Clinic Care was absolutely outstanding during my sick visit. From the moment I arrived, every employee was professional, compassionate, and genuinely attentive. Alex was great as always. Very patient, very informative, very kind. The receptionist was not so understanding of 4 young rambunctious kids. Yes my kids were climbing over the chairs, yes i kept telling them to stop along with picking them up a few times all while trying to fill out their paperwork. Instead of offering to help a mother who is ill herself, has 4 sick kids (who are still being kids, one kid being autistic and receptive and expressive delayed and 2 being only a year and a half and doesn't fully understand everything yet) she yells continuously ma'am they can't do that. Yes I know this and you see me trying to control the situation but I can't do that and fill out your paperwork. I only have 2 hands. Originally only 2 kids werte to be seen but once their strep tests were posit
