I highly recommend Help U Hear & especially Dr. Hanna. Several things she has suggested (backup pair & ear molds) have made my hearing aid experience so successful. When she moved from the Blue Ash office to the West Chester office we went with her even though it’s a longer drive. The office was very spacious and clean and friendly. I was greeted by a young man with a smile on his face and a may I help you, Dr. Alex came out of her office and also greeted me with a warm and friendly smile as usual. This was my first time being at the West Chester office of Help-U-Hear. I obtain the same excellent level of care I had become accustomed to from when I was seen at the Kenwood office .Both offices always go above the normal service to make you feel so welcome. Dr. Alex adjusted my hearing aids and asked me if the sound and tone were comfortable , then she updated my aids with the latest updates 🤗 and yes, just like the name says Help-U-Hear when I left there I was hearing a lot better than when I arrived, thank goodness Delores Hughes Thank you
