I came to Dr. Cassinelli to fix a nonuniform bite profile. I was very impressed by the professionalism and skill exhibited by Dr. Cassinelli and his entire staff. Throughout the 24 months, he methodically aligned, straightened, manipulated the wires and used rubberbands to pull the gaps closed. In addition to fixing the bite profile, he was tasked with aligning my top left row of teeth with an existing implant post. He communicated with and worked well with my dentist and oral surgeon to achieve the alignment and open up the space to faciltate the installation of the implant crown. I am very pleased with the end result, and I would recommend Dr. Cassinelli's Practice to both the younger patients and the adult patients. I have had a great experience working with Cassinelli, Shanker & Associates with my daughter Maddy. She was very nervous about her first appointment for her ortho care, the staff did amazing at making her comfortable and explaining everything. One of the assistants - Leigha is always super friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to get us seen. I appreciate the patience she had with my daughter during her first visit. I always recommend this office when my friends are looking for orthodontic care!

We moved here from another city, Cassinelli, Shanker & Associates, specifically Dr. Baker, thoroughly read through the chart and previous treatment plan and made modifications to the plan that they felt appropriate with very clear explanations. The team from Orthodontic assistants to admin are always courteous, patient and thoughtful. It has been a great experience throughout the entire treatment cycle. Highly recommended!

Absolutely love this practice! Both my kids as well as myself have been patients and have nothing but amazing things to say about the doctors and the rest of the staff. Just recently my son was finishing up an exam at school and we were a little late to his appointment but they were so understanding- as life happens! Always recommend to all my family and friends!

My daughter had her braces fitted recently. Mikiah was very polite and professional and kept my daughter updated with what she was doing and why. My daughter felt very comfortable throughout the whole procedure. Mikiah provided details of aftercare and handed my daughter a bag of goodies that gave her an extra boost when she got home. Very pleased with how professional and kind every member of staff is whenever we visit.
