Staff and doctors are always helpful fast at responding and staying on top of communication and anything we need to help service us better . The doctor asks what’s working and what’s not and gives recommendations. They take their time to allow you time for your concerns but always make it quick and easy to get through the appointment, the convenience of telemedicine for this is awesome. I live for from all locations and this makes it so much easier for my schedule they are also flexible with no penalty if you have to change appointments if something scone up . Hand down the way to go

I have been with OCC for the last fours years because they care, they keep it simple & they keep me informed without bothering me. My doc takes the time to find out what my needs are & then prescribes appropriately. He lets me know which products will probably provide me with the most relief and he also gives clear instructions on how to take my medicine 🌝

This was my third visit with the physician. Starting my third year in the program. It has always been an easy visit and I do have an opportunity to ask questions. The people have always been helpful and friendly guiding me through the requirements of the program. This is the reason for the 5 stars.

That was the quickest and easiest renewal appointment for my card. The doctor was very kind and made it simple. I made the appointment same day. I'll see them again this time next year!
