Nitro Physical Therapy and Performance

My son, a high school track and cross country runner, had been dealing with chronic lower leg pain for a while. We started seeing Tim at Nitro Physical Therapy Performance, and the difference has been amazing. Since working with Tim, my son has seen real improvement in his mobility and flexibility, and his running has become so much easier. Tim has a great way of making my son feel comfortable and at ease during sessions. He's clearly very knowledgeable, and he explains everything in a way that's easy for my son (and me!) to understand. Before working with Nitro Physical Therapy and Performance I had a lot of upper back tightness. This not only affected my running, but also my singing as I am a classically trained singer. Tim gave me the tools and exercises to release that tightness through specific breathing exercises and stretches. Now I can run and sing with my upper back released and loose. Running is so much more enjoyable and my singing improved because my sound is freer than before. I will definitely continue to use Nitro Physical Therapy and Performance. Tim is the best!

Former athlete here! Now I'm at the desk day to day, still staying fit (strength wise), but just recently got back into running.. It's crazy how much you lose over time from not using (muscles, joints, etc...). Since getting back into running, there's been a lot of aches, pains, and random little injuries I've never had. It's crazy how a single meeting with Tim can turn everything around and how quickly you can expect results.. After just 5 weeks, I have rhythm, strength, speed and potential for performance is back! Tim solved my knee problems! I had previously injured my left knee pretty badly. I thought it was all healed until I started lifting heavy 6x a week and distance running 6-7x a week. The knee pain started to increase and I started to feel intense pain during squatting and running especially after the 1-1.5 mile mark. After consulting with Tim, he gave a preliminary diagnosis and suggested a few exercises. Since then, my knee pain is gone-- not just decreased, but 0 out of 10 pain.
