Monte Vista is a clean, professional skilled nursing facility with an amazing team. The nurses truly care about their patients and treat everyone with kindness and respect. You can feel the compassion in the way they provide care. Highly recommend!

My loved one was brought here because it was the only place that was close enough from the hospital that took her insurance. She had specific needs that needed to be met after her surgery that this facility did not meet. I feel they did the bare minimum and this was not the right place for her. Yes they brought her meals, they changed her when they could, got picked up for dialysis, and she did get her antibiotic and PT, but it wasn't enough. We ended up in an emergency situation and had to get multiple surgeries done that jeopardized her life. This is under investigation now though the social worker. Good luck to those planning to come to this place. I hope it works out for you.

I am grateful for the warm, professional care provided at Monte Vista. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel comfortable, safe, and respected. The atmosphere is welcoming, the facilities are clean and well-maintained, and there's always a sense of community and Family. It's comforting to know our loved one is in such capable and caring hands. The staff always treated me as their own family and provided with any updates of my loved one. I recommend this place for anyone who needs their loved one to recover from their health needs.

Our mom is here for rehab after a fall. Everyone has been so kind and supportive. But mostly so cheerful and happy. From the staff, nurses, cleaning crews and kitchen and activities and especially the physical therapy. But mostly I’m most impressed with the admissions person Hector. The most positive and helpful person. Greeting all the patients and family members more than once a day. Making a difference. The food is excellent. And the kitchen staff so ready to accommodate. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone who needs this kind assistance.
