Dr. Sim has the worst bedside manner I have ever experienced in the medical field. I was snapped at, disregarded, spoken in a very rude tone throughout my exam. She decided to flip my eyelids for some reason and forgot to flip them back! Painful! Seriously, steer clear if you don’t want to have a traumatic experience. Also, she was in gym tank top and tights - not professional. But not a big deal had she at least behaved as a medical professional.

Dr. Sim is the best optometrist! Her holistic approach allowed me to quickly resolve two different issues that had been plaguing me for over a decade. I couldn't recommend her more.

Recently on a trip to the Bay Area I needed to get my glasses adjusted. The Optician on staff, Isabella Granados took care of my glasses immediately and they were the best they've ever been. A great staff with knowledge and a place of nice ambience..

Very knowledgeable eye dr. Noticed issues no one else had, and had good ideas for solutions.

My family has been coming here for over a decade. We love the office staff and the care we receive.
