I got an appointment as a new patient next day. Friendly and knowledgeable receptionist. Approval process was completed quickly with a prompt call back, thanks Bonida! Tech was gentle and friendly. Doctor was nice. Definitely recommend!

I went here out of desperation no where would take my insurance or new patients. First appointment seemed to go well X-rays set up appointment for a root canal I paid half of my bill dental hygienist said if a deep clean isn’t approved they can just do a cleaning. I go to my next appointment pay the rest of the mandatory gingevectomy . I sit and wait over an hour ended up walking out. They claimed I no called no showed. Ended up making another appointment. They called me and canceled my appointment because I need a cleaning. So it’s rescheduled. Went to it accidentally showed up the day before they were kind enough to squeeze me in. Sit in the back with the lady who does the finance side of things she then tells me they need 900 more dollars for the deep clean. She wouldn’t work with me on

I always receive these brochures from them and decided it’s time for a check-up. Called and this woman picked up whom I could barely hear. The connection was crackly. She asked how she could help me and I asked if they were accepting new patients and she tersely said “for what!?” I offered to call back to see if we could get a better connection (never had a problem from my line before). I told her I just wanted a routine cleaning. She then tersely said, “no, what’s your insurance.” I explained politely that I have Delta Dental but was never sent the card and that my old dentist would just look it up by name and DOB or SSN. That apparently irritated her because she then sounded upset and said she couldn’t help me and that I had to call back once I “figure out where [my] card is.” So I went

I travel quite a bit for this dentist! I have not found a dentist I like in the city I live in, so I drive about an hour to get here. The are flexible with scheduling and friendly when I am here. I am always happy with my services and the support given by this dentist. Highly recommend

I was a patient at NY Dental years ago and they crowned some teeth that had been in bad shape for years. I was very happy with the service I received. My wife had lost a few front teeth and needed implants to fix it. The insurance company refused to pay for it, saying it was cosmetic and not needed. NY Dental worked with my insurance and got them to cover it. We paid extra to get upgraded implants. My wife was very happy and smiled a lot more. We were both very happy! Shortly after this, we both stopped coming in for regular cleanings after they canceled two cleaning appointments in a row on me. Recently - For a few weeks I had pain in one of the teeth that was crowned and had lost another crown. The pain was so bad that I could not chew on that side of my mouth. I called NY Dental last
