Dr. Mysore and staff were very thorough in pre- testing for cataract surgery. He was quite informative on the options for lenses, and the relative benefits and disadvantages of each. He described exactly the procedure at the pre-surgery meeting and again just before the procedure for each eye. Post procedure appointments were very helpful and Dr. Mysore explained any potential issues and the results of my procedure. He was professional, personable and knowledgeable.

While Dr. Mysore was excellent, I was really shocked at the bill that I received for my visit. I had an appointment at 9:30 am (ET) and I did not see the Dr. until 10:45 am (ET). The Dr. Spent ~15 min with me and they charged me $525 with a description of "Office/Outpatient New Low Mdm 30 minutes." I called the office and they informed me to call U of R medicine billing. I did and they said the provider validated the charges. I called the office back and they advised they'd have the office coordinator call me back. I asked when I'd get a call back and they would not tell me when. I spoke with them on 10/20/2025 and still have not heard back. Between the bouncing around, no call back, and submitting a $525 bill to speak with me with ~15 min, I am giving a 2-star review. To note, I had see

Dr. Naveen Mysore, performed Cornea Transplant and removed cataracts from my right eye back in 2018 and I can see really good out of my eye, before surgery I could barely see anything! I recommend him highly! Great Dr., great bedside manners!

I admire the work of these great wise men of humanity the doctors, edward konrad zirm, christian barnard, , cooper, joseph E murray, xiaeping,ren, sushruta, carrel, samuel bigger..... But I never imagined that I would meet someone as important as them I call it the hand of god, because we were created in his rmage and likeness, so we are supposed to be little gods.
