MyOrthodontist Sanford | Orthodontic Procedures, Invisalign Treatments for Adults & Teens

If I could give negative star , I would. I HIGHLY recommend that if you’re not 100% sure of getting treatment done here specifically in the Sanford location. I would not pay the down payment. It’s ridiculous that after a month of requesting my refund of $400 , I still have yet to receive MY MONEY. I called about 4 times and nothing has been resolved.

Finally finished! Got my retainers today. Everyone at My Orthodontist is great. Always friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this location in Sanford, NC. Thank you all for all your help over the last two and a half years.

Everytime we have ever come here we always have a great experience! My son got braces today and everything went perfect. The front desk girls are always super kind! Mari put his braces on and the whole time she was explaining the process to him and making him laugh to calm his nerves and Dr Ruth is also very kind and explains everything you need to know 10/10 experience!

Love this dentist office! The staff are very friendly and kind. My daughter was very nervous but the Dentist showed her so much warmth and patience. Would definitely recommend bringing your children here

These guys are great. Super helpful and they take time to explain anything you may not completely understand. Super greatful that the experience has been so easy for our child. Would definitely recommend!
