Muskingum Pediatrics

I will be deciding to leave this doctor's office despite my constant efforts to try and work with them my child's needs are suddenly being ignored the staff is rude and disrespectful! I am not a fan of the nurse practitioner she has been rude and continues to tell me to go back to a formula that my child is puking she constantly acts like she is the doctor when she is simply not. I have been supposed to receive a call back from this office many times and I am the one who has had to call to get answers the doctors are amazing I love them very much but the rude staff and concerns not being met is why I am leaving

In the past two years this office has been terrible. Today was one of many recent incidents. The nurse practitioner came into the room, didn't examine my daughter, incorrectly read my daughters charts and then told me what was happening with her. She didn't ask me or my daughter any questions. She just said she cannot help us and she is not sure what I want her to do. She was so rude that I left in tears. This has been my children's doctors office for over 15 years and I will never be back. The front desk is wonderful and the Nurse Practitioners should take lessons in manners, compassion and kindness. After all, they are treating sick children and helping worried caregivers. I miss the old doctors, but when they were replaced with Nurses the practice suffered. Don't go here!!!!!!

This was my daughter's first doctor's office and the staff at first was really nice. Covid happened so we got a heath order to stay home for 2 weeks because of being in contact with someone from the office. The office never apologized for it and I had to stay home from work so I a switched offices due to it. Gave the office a second try when my daughter was recently sick and my doctor was on vacation. The new staff is rude! We will not be going back! The front receptionist at the end of the appointment was upset at me for bringing her in and making a appointment because she was no longer a patient.Granted I made a appointment and she didn't tell me over the phone that the place is no longer a pediatric urgent care even though there sign in front Front and website specifically says pediat

Threatened to break HIPPA laws in order to intimidate me when I was underage, did not take my s*icidal ideations seriously, and most recently, have been brushing off my sister’s health concerns for over 6 months, just re-prescribing her the same things that haven’t been working. Sad because this used to be our friendly primary care office. We considered ourselves friends with those who worked there pre-2013ish, but I refuse to take my family somewhere that doesn’t even listen to our concerns anymore.

Wonderful group of people, office staff, nurses, and doctors. They've gotten better over the years as far as how long of a wait. They are able to run some tests in house. This is a group of doctors and nurse practitioners, so that might not be for everyone, but I highly recommend.
