Wonderful staff and caring. They make you feel like family as well as your animal. I would highly recommend. Recently had to put my 16 year old dog down and they were compassionate during our difficult time.

I can’t thank Northpointe Veterinary Care enough for their care, kindness and compassion the last few months for our Reesey Boy. When I text, they were there, when I called in a panic, they were there and said- bring him in, when I didn’t know what to do…..they were there. And when I had to make that final decision, they were there. I HIGHLY recommend the staff and Dr.Engleman, as they were all truly a Godsend to Reesey and our family.

I was a new client and was able to be seen the same day. My elderly cat was sick and I made the hard choice to help her cross the rainbow bridge. As im sure all vets do, they had very extensive and expensive treatment plans to put Ali through, but in the end we decided it was her time. When I got her back, her certificates and urn were misspelled. Her name is Ali, as it stated on her paperwork. Her certificates and everything returned to me said Alli. It was heartening and I felt a disrespect to Ali to have her returned and her name misspelled. Update: The vet just called after seeing this review and has offered to have her urn and certificates updated to the correct speliing. They did go above and beyond. For that i will give them 4 stars.

Great staff, always helpful. Veterinarian was very easy to get ahold during an emergency. The was incredible will always be thankful for the.

The whole staff is amazing! So friendly and caring. Highly recommend to everyone and anyone whose pet needs so care or simply a check up! 🐱💗🐶
