Hands down had the best service they take there time and listen to you. They are very caring and look out for there patients my extraction and filling went so well thanks to the excellent working staff and i could be more greatful truly thank you! Best 10 out of 10 work

The listened to me regarding my anxiety issues and helped put me at ease. I was able to be completely put asleep with IV sedation and they got my insurance to pay for it. Next we are going to arrange for my Medicaid to cover my partial and cleaning. I 100% recommend Alpha Dental in Zanesville. Everybody that works there is Amazing!!!! Soooooo amazing!!! I had my six month cleaning. It honestly was quite pleasant. They took x-rays then the dentist came in looked at everything. Everything looked good and then Harlee finished up with the floss and polish. She has such a quiet voice that made the comfort in the room really at ease and very relaxed.

I was highly disappointed with this facility. I was a new patient intake , with my appointments getting rescheduled 4 different times. The main issue that I called in for was having with pain and a tooth falling out from root was never addressed . I had to sit outside for 15 minutes due to the front door still being locked . ( not only myself there was 4 of us waiting to get in) I was in the exam chair for a total of 10 minutes, 6 of which I waited to see the dr. Not even examining my mouth fully or like I said addressing the tooth that was clearly falling out from root from my X-rays. They were allowing profanity hard rock music to be played with Children in the facility waiting room. The front desk girl was absolutely everywhere and seemed she didn’t know which way to go or what to do

This place is horrible. The dentist my daughter seen here was a nice woman. She has left and now they have a Dr. Higgins in there. He told me himself that he has been there for two weeks now. We scheduled an appointment almost a month ago for my daughter to have teeth removed. They scheduled her as a different kind of appointment. So the receptionist tried to figure out something as I’m standing at the front desk I could hear her talking with this Dr. Higgins and he was being so rude and talking down to her then came out to speak with me. I remained calm at first he got in my face and told me he wasn’t doing what she needed just cause her orthodontist said so. I tried to speak with him and he kept cutting me off talking to me very rude and this had happened after two other patients was tol
