I was very pleased with the personal attention given to both my husband [ long time customer] and myself [newly diagnosed]. Linke was very thorough, took heroine explaining test and process. She was equally thorough on the working mechanics of aids. Cheryl was patient and good at explaining placement and care of aids. Follow up great with answering my many questions and addressing my needs to adjust volume and fitting properly in canal with changing ear bud. Cleaning reviewed and appointment for continued follow up done before leaving office. Financial aide a Godsend especially st this time of the year with Christmas soon arriving. I got my presents early. Thank you.

My experience was excellent! I appreciate the amount of time Linke spent with me fitting and adjusting new hearing aides. I knew I wasn’t hearing as well as I should have been but had no idea how much I was missing. Thank you so much! My husband is especially happy because I no longer accuse him of mumbling!

American Ear has been wonderful for us. We have been going there for years. We have bought 3 pairs of hearing aids (just now on our 3rd). No matter how busy they are you are made to feel like you are their only customer. Knowledgeable, and informative and kind. I just had my first hearing test and crazy as it sounds it was a little anxiety producing. I knew I was hearing a bit different but not that I had hearing loss. Found out I did have some hearing loss but didn't need hearing aids. However, I have an ENT appt because I have some things that need checked out. Again, so very good at taking time and explaining things! Thank you Linka and Cheryl and sorry I have forgotten the great receptionist name. You girls rock!
