HIGHLY RECOMMEND to get your hearing checked at Miracle Ear! Janet and Sydney are so wonderful and kind. I purchased the best Hearing aids that they have to offer. Best decision of my life. Janet up front is very friendly and helpful. She has helped me remain calmed because I was nervous and didn't know what I was expecting because I have never had my hearing checked before. Also learned that Sydney who is the Hearing Care Specialist at this location, is deaf and she has cochlear implants. She truly understands what is like to not to hear! She has been so understanding and patient with me and just so easy to work with.She has showed me what I've been missing and I will always be thankful for Miracle Ear!!! 😀

I bought the “Bliss” hearing aids from Miracle-Ear in Zanesville, Ohio. Sydney and Janet are an excellent staff. They are very professional and make you feel comfortable. Sydney is willing to work with you to get your best hearing. My hearing aids are very comfortable to wear and I especially like the clarity. I’m happy with the fit and the performance. I like being able to adjust to the different environments and also have Bluetooth connectivity.

Janet is friendly and helpful at the desk and Sydney is easy to understand and takes time with you to make sure you are hearing as well as you can with your hearing aids by adjusting the program, and she has paired my hearing aids with bluetooth to help me hear better in church.
