I started seeing Dr. Bechard last summer for sudden, intense nerve pain that radiated from my shoulder down my entire right arm. The pain was debilitating and got in the way of sleep and my daily activities. Acupuncture, massage and a visit to my old chiro weren’t touching it. After a couple weeks of in-office treatments and at-home exercises that Dr. Bechard prescribed, I had more feeling down my arm and in my fingers and my range of motion was finally improving. After a couple more weeks,, I was back to baseline. Dr. Bechard was attentive, prescriptive and honest about prognosis and time frame. His availability made it easy for me to find times to see him, and he even followed up over the first weekend to check in on my pain level and to see if I had any questions about the exercises. I

Dr Phil is super helpful. Went out of his way to follow up with me providing various workouts and life habits I can change to eliminate pain in my neck and back. He is very thorough in his assessment and feedback.

Dr. Bechard was super helpful when I hurt my back deadlifting! He gave me a personalized plan including stretches and easy lifts to help me get back into the gym without reinjuring myself. I felt like he really listened to me, and even after the first session I felt a lot better. He was great at following up and checking in on how I was progressing and I am so appreciative of his help!
