I sought him out to address an issue from a prior procedure done elsewhere, and he handled everything with confidence, skill, and professionalism. He immediately put me at ease, clearly explained the plan, and resolved the issue efficiently, which was a huge relief. Dr. Mountcastle and his staff are awesome! They have worked with me to schedule various procedures and have been so helpful and accommodating. Three years ago he did a Pilar cyst removal and another plastic surgeon couldn’t even find the scar! Recently, he did another Pilar cyst removal, a Mohs closure and two vein ablations for me. Everything has healed so nicely and I’ve had great results. His staff is helpful and easy to work with, and he’s clearly an expert at what he does - I feel very confident under his care!

I was able to schedule an appointment for next-day and all the staff was super kind. They were very efficient and I was brought right back into a room. After speaking with the nurse, I only had to wait about 2 minutes for Dr. Mountcastle to come in. He was very kind and understanding. Highly recommend this clinic!

I have done Fraxel with Maria. She is the best esthetician I ve ever met. She is superb at her area, knows the skin very well and provides the best solution for the skin. She is also very caring person that I love that about her. I highly recommend her for advanced facial treatments.
