Very disorganized. I called yesterday and was told to come in at 6:00 and Cici would be my masseuse. I get there early and after waiting around Cici informs me she would not be able to help me as she had another appointment at 6:30 pm.

Disorganized, rude, would not come back again. Normally don’t post reviews but this was a pretty poor experience. We called a week ahead to make four 3pm appointments. They said that wasn’t a problem. The day before, they called saying there were only 2 spots available. When we got there, they said only one spot was available for 60 mins and the other would have to be cut short to 45 minutes. The massage itself was very mediocre. It felt like she didn’t know what she was doing. The hot stones were barely warm. After the massages, we gave a 26% tip and they gave us dirty looks and said in Chinese “usually people leave more tips. We probably won’t take your job again if there isn’t a larger tip.”

I have taught massage for 25 years and am very careful about where I get work. I've had massage from MiMi and from Millie and can honestly say that both are among the very best therapists I've had work from. They also speak English and can discuss your preferences for work and do "spot work" for injuries. They both are delightful women and very professional. SO much better than the fancy frou frou spas with their 50 minute hour and cookie cutter superficial work.

I've made this my new massage place I've been going there for about 3 months now I saw a couple different people there and they're all great Angela is the best I'd say so far
