Wow this guy is such a disrespectful weirdo . He watched my daughter walk for 3 steps and then went on about how disabled she is. He said something about her walking in high heels which she didn’t even own. When she didn’t know her weight, he said let’s just assume you weigh 150 pounds, you love food, you get pregnant and gain weight more weight, blah blah blah .. it’s gonna be 650 dollars . Just a lotta sexist weird stuff. He also, talks a lot of nonsense technical jargon and has no clue what he’s saying. I strongly advise staying away, he’s very unpleasant and unprofessional . Clearly doesn’t want new customers so stay away from this dude . Lotta way better places like LaFoot in Berkeley that have customer service and are owned by an actual physical therapist .

I've been buying shoes from Cyrus for 12 plus years. Now he's my go-to guy for for my child who requires specially fitted shoes. We are so grateful for his knowledge and expertise. Take a book, or some way to pass the time in case you arrive with many of his other loyal other customers. Good things come to those who can wait.
