We’ve been extremely happy with our orthodontist, Dr Ramtin Nassiri and the entire office. Everything went exactly as planned, and the doctor is genuinely kind and passionate about his work. You can really feel how much he cares and how much joy he gets from seeing his patients’ progress. His engineering background truly shows when he proposes solutions for complicated cases. My daughter faced some minor challenging orthodontic issues, and he addressed them perfectly with thoughtful, well-planned solutions. The staff is always so nice and courteous. Both of my kids are also patients at the office for general dentistry, and we’ve been just as happy with their routine checkups and cleanings. We brought our son here for his first 2 check-ins. Each time they looked in his mouth for a few minutes, gave a thumbs up, and gave us some very quick tips about brushing and eating. For the second appointment, the dentist was 20 minutes late (I saw her arrive at the office). She looked in his mouth and said everything looked great. We had been using a silicone brush that bothered him less but didn't seem that effective. The dentist said that was fine and sent us on our way. Less than two weeks later, we found black spots on each of his two front teeth. We brought him in the next day and they said they were cavities. They also said that these don't just pop up overnight. Why they didn't catch them the week prior is beyond me. We did a silver fluoride treatment the following business day.

From the receptionist, to the hygienist, to the doctor, to the technician who helped me, everyone here is incredibly kind and informative. Would def recommend especially for students.

We have been here three times and generally like it. The office is clean and kid-friendly. The doctors are friendly and professional. The reason why I just gave 4 stars is the dentist assistant. She does not get along very well with my kids. My daughter is scared of the xray and I have been trying my best to help her get over it but I cannot. However, she made me feel so embarrassed by saying that kids at my daughter’s age can do that but not my daughter. She said that twice during our last visits instead of finding out a different way to help my daughter out. Hopefully we’ll find out a more informative and helpful way to do the xray next time.
