ISong is an amazing group. My daughter had one of the most complicated and difficult orthodontic case in a long while. She needed multiple tooth extractions and extensive orthodontia. ISong provided us a detailed, comprehensive treatment plan, flexible payment plan, and stellar service throughout our journey. The staff is incredibly kind, knowledgeable and supportive. I cannot say enough positive things about ISong. We are so grateful to have been patients.

Dr. Song and her staff are incredibly skilled, friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable. Both my kids have very complicated ortho challenges and she had done amazing work. For one of my kids, she to correct work she had done as a kid in Dallas- from a highly reputable orthodontist who just didn’t get the job done well. I really wish we had Dr song back then!!! And she also had to continue the treatment for my other kid from a cali orthodontist whom we were so sad to have to move away from. She continued seamlessly with his great work. But we are so thankful for Dr Song and her expertise. Everyone in her office is terrific and always remember my kids!

Had the most horrible experience here and will not be taking my child back. We invested many hours worth of appointment times - a scan, evaluation, follow-up... often waiting 15-20 min past our appointment time because they were running behind. Developed an entire plan for my daughter to get a metal palate expander. My child is highly sensitive and this required a lot of mental prep work for her, family discussion of what it would feel like, many many conversations at home about the step by step process to help prepare her.
