Momentous Health At Franklin

We recently visited Momentous Health at Franklin as a vendor and were genuinely impressed by the operation. The facility is clean, well organized, and clearly run with intention and care. The staff was professional, welcoming, and extremely efficient which made coordination smooth from start to finish. It’s clear that there is a strong focus on quality, accountability, and resident experience throughout the building. Communication was excellent, expectations were clear, and the overall environment reflected a team that takes pride in what they do. From a vendor standpoint, Momentous at Franklin is a pleasure to work with and sets a high standard for partnership and professionalism. Highly recommended.

My brother was here because they were so called “wound specialists”. His wound vac was either not on his foot or broken. He came here for physical therapy and wound care. Instead he ended up with septic shock and passed away. This should have never happened! Our family checked on him daily and in the end we called 911 to get him out of there. We are not Nurses or Doctors but yet his 19 granddaughter was smart enough to see something was wrong when he couldn’t form a sentence. Instead they let him lay there. I was told at 10 that morning a Dr would come and check him since I thought he was dehydrated and they were going to give him fluids. Never happened. The place is severely outdated. He had a flood in his shared bathroom, the heat quit working, his bed broke, the food was awful. How is t

If care about your family members do not take them here. He was supposed to just be receiving antibiotics annd physical therapy. He ended up being hospitalized and now we’re unsure if he can make it. Avoid this place at ALL cost it’s not worth it no matter what anyone says. The staff is unprofessional and negligent.

They never once cleaned my family members wound and he ended up in septic shock and wasn’t able to recover. This is a great place to take someone if you don’t care about them.

This facility really needs to look at what they are feeding these residence, I think prisoners get better food, shame on this administration for not taking care of these patients better.
