Kettering Health Franklin

People of color do not enter! Extremely racist. I felt so uncomfortable. The nurse Paige at check in was rude, got upset because i asked if my blood pressure was high. She responded “It’s high because you’re sick, if it was more serious; I’d let you know.. but did i?” I honestly never felt so out of place. It’s 2025 and people are still disrespectful. I had my two children with me & as we were walking out she said under her breath “Thank god those people got in & out” and started laughing while the other nurse looked at me as if she did not condone her behavior. Considering my aunt works for higher ups at Kettering, i will be informing her on this incident at this location.

Went in due to severe dizziness, they ran bloodwork and tested my urine. Doctor said all my tests came out normal. Well when I went to my family doctor a few days later, come to find out I had blood in my urine and also abnormal bloodwork that they didnt catch!! How do you miss something like that? Never going here again!

Best ER, we always use this ER if we need to go to the ER. The doctors and nurses are kind and down to earth. They always get to the root of our problems and they get you in a room fast.

This is the best care I’ve gotten in an emergency room. Everyone made me feel welcome and taken care of during a very sensitive time. I have horrible trauma from my past ER visits at different hospitals and always fear going but this place made me feel very hopeful that bad treatment isn’t the norm. Thank you so much to the wonderful workers here! We also didn’t have to wait around too long. They were fast and efficient.

Went in with worsening symptoms of broken tibia. Get told oh it’s just chronic pain. Take Tylenol and ibuprofen that I’ve been taking like candy and doesn’t seem to help and then discharged. Will never go back
