Concentra Urgent Care

The front desk workers were very nice and got me a bottle of water before my drug screen for my work injury. Also, the women who did the testing on me was extremely nice and considerate of my injury. She was by far a 10 out of 10 in the job she did. I don't remember her name but if you could thank her for me that would be great. Overall I think the entire staff was excellent. Thank you for the care I was given

I read reviews that they take entirely too long (hours) to get you completed with whatever you might be there for. I think I read somewhere the staff isn’t friendly. It all made me nervous. I did not want to be there! To my surprise, from start to finish the staff were very nice, they got me in quick, got my physical, drug screen completed within 1.5hr. For being a busy little clinic I was pleasantly surprised. I can’t speak for anyone else that’s been there, I know the medical field can really suck for people sometimes but this was a great experience for me. Thank you to the staff and doctors you were awesome!

Instead of running off at the mouth with your fellow clinician in front of clients, common sense would be to focus on THE TASK AT HAND which is confirming information received from the front desk. In my case, I had a clinician(who I’ll spare calling out), that behaved as if HER urine needed to be tested and hair samples submitted. Very high strung and ADHD’ish. She collected my urine sample and proceeded to direct me to sign the tablet. I’ve had issues in the past with places like these, so I make for damn sure I’m paying attention to whatever I’m about to sign! Good thing I did with this particular clinician because the birthday wasn’t correct nor the name. IT WASN’T ME AT ALL!! Had I signed off, I could have been completely messed up and lost a new job! You gotta watch people, especially

I just want to thank the staff today 10/17/2025 for being the most kindest gems 💎 I’ve ever met. Thank you for everything! Thank you to the doctor for being so supportive, helpful and kind. I hope.. I don’t have to ever see you all again .. lol. I wanna keep that “clean bill of health” but if anything ever happened in the future , I know I’d be in good hands. Thank you!!!
