The doctors and nurses are spot on, no complaints. Great staff. The front desk is a completely different story. Omg! The worst in customer service and so disorganized. They need some work.
they asked me to leave my appointment at 9:15 a.m., it was 10:10 and I still did not go, they had me for almost 1 hour waiting, it is annoying because they ask you to arrive in advance and they do not attend one, the people who are attending are so artogantes and if you ask something they end up molting, badly cervicio 😠😠
