Middletown Cardiology Associates in Franklin

Dr. Saha is one of the best doctors I have ever encountered. She is very personable and Knowledgeable. I hate that she won't be with Middletown Cardiology much longer. They are losing a treasure.

Giving one star because there isn’t an option to give 0. 1) Lets begin with this place mixing my chart with another patients and prescribing me multiple heart medications on my first visit - when I was being seen for Hypertension. When questioned they blamed the scheduling center for scheduling the wrong chart, and stated me and the other patient had different middle names but exact first and last names. 2) During my visit I overheard several staff members refer to patients as “stupid and lazy” as they gathered to review something on their computer screen. 3) The number of HIPPA violations is shocking—while walking through the clinic. Not only do you see patient information on Epic screens with no one attending the computer station. There are multiple what I believe to be EKG machines a

Doctors are fine. Front desk is sorely lacking. Went in for appointment, they said I had canceled. This happened not once but twice. It's hard enough getting an appointment. The docs I'd give 4-5 stars, the front desk I'd give 1-2. The doctors may be busy - but they need to realize front desk can lose people.

Was told I was too young for medication and now I’m in systematic heart failure.

VERY VERY rude people. I had to give 1 star to do a review.... talked to me like I was stupid.. NEVER EVER EVER WOULD I GO HERE.
