I found modern hearing solutions in Strongsville on a google search for places that repair and service various types of hearing aids. I purchased oticon aides on line and when trying out various settings I did something that caused them to stop functioning. I’m really glad I stopped in. Both Madi in the office and Austin, the hearing specialist were welcoming, polite , helpful and very knowledgeable . Austin examined the aides, solved the problem in a matter of a few minutes. Additionally, he did a hearing test to be sure my aides were still properly adjusted. I was also given a few cleaning tips and tools to take home. These folks are great. I will be using them for all my future hearing needs. You should give them a try!

They take a very clinical approach to dealing with your hearing loss. I’ve tried a few other companies even one on-line. They had a much better hearing test that identified much situation. The follow up support has also been outstanding. I’m very happy with the product.
