Discount Drug Mart Pharmacy

This Discount Drug mart #93 in Strongsville is the best. It always spotless neat and well stocked. The staff is always so helpful. The pharmacy staff is great here also. I live near another DDM but travel to this location, The manager at this location is to be commended for having a great store.

Very rude staff. I was printing pics of family and friends off my phone from my daughter’s wedding to share. They did not have a company name and were off my phone and did not look professional at all ! As I’m ringing out a male staff told me I can’t have them unless I get permission from a company. I showed him my phone and how these were off my phone. Btw they did not look professional and my daughter printed some there the day before. I had the receipt and pics were ready and he would not let me take them!! I felt like this was a power trip from the person that worked there He was extremely rude!!!!

Pharmacists and staff are very professional, courteous, and helpful. I've been very satisfied with using the pharmacy for the last year and a half. It's convenient that they have all my scripts read on the same day each month. No making multiple trips on various days to pick up my monthly prescriptions.

This is a relatively new store. It is very well organized, and it has a lot of items. There is a deli and large selection of food items in addition to the normal drugstore stock. It is a very clean store with good lighting.

Beautiful store. When it opened a short time ago, everyone was super, super friendly. Today was the complete opposite. But that's what it's like lately with young kids. Why would you yawn in front of customers that you are cashing out. Rude. Shelves are emptier more so now than the last 2 times. Typical though with the world events. Sad to see the rudeness.
