Not recommended. I urgently needed an appointment for a possible lupus diagnosis, which was already stressful. I found a doctor here with availability "all morning until 1 pm" and drove 45 minutes to get there. Despite some delays (missed exit, closed building door), I still arrived at 9:58 for a 9:50 appointment, with others still checking in in line. At check-in (10:01), the staff refused to let me see the doctor, saying I was “over 10 minutes late” (11 minutes). One of the receptionist was extremely rude on the phone and in person. Instead of showing compassion or understanding, they chose to be inflexible and dismissive. I saw the other receptionist was feeling bad about the situation. I was told to wait one hour, to "maybe " be seen, but I have to go back to work, because again, life

I appreciated how quickly I was able to get an appointment (although perhaps that was sheer luck?). Also, the receptionist was so pleasant and welcoming -- I don't remember her name, but she is middle-aged and has strawberry blond-ish shoulder length hair... she was great! Personable and kind... and Danielle Spatholt was wonderful, too! She listened to my concerns, educated me a bit about my issue, suggested some solutions (literally!) that will work better for me than what I've been doing... they also gave me a follow-up appointment on the way out. I was referred to Danielle by my daughter, and now I can see why... I felt very well taken care of, so much so that have already given her name to a friend!

Everyone was just so nice, from the front desk to the doctor herself. Dr. Spatholt was one of the kindest doctors I have had in my lifetime. I would recommend this practice to everyone. Thank you.

This practice is beyond words, one of the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of being a patient of!! Both Angela and Donna, the wonderful women at the front desk are so helpful and kind! I had the pleasure of meeting, and dealing with, Danielle today and she was excellent! I have recommended this practice to family and friends! So happy to have found them!

I’m a teacher and a mom and today was my only day off. I thought my appointment was at 1:30, but it was at 1:10. I never received a call verifying my appointment or asking where I was and I drove 30 minutes. They told me that there was no way they could see me and that I would need to reschedule. I told them that I’m a teacher and that my eczema is really bad, they did not care and wanted me to wait 2 weeks for a 4:00 appointment that wouldn’t even work for me because I have a baby and work. They had no sympathy and I am going to find somewhere else. Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and the lack of empathy from the staff.
