Reading some of these post I had reservations about a cap and filling being done but let me tell you, walking in and meeting Shannon already started the stress to lift. She was very professional and knowledgeable as well as pleasant. The Dentist and her assistant were letting me know everything that was being done and wanted to be certain I was comfortable and pain free. I was pleased from beginning to end the care as well as the excellent results I received. Great place for your Dental needs.

Dont waste your time going here unless you have all the time in the world on your hands. Walked in for a 3pm cleaning and lobby packed, ok thinking maybe just maybe its not so bad . Well checking in the receptionist never mentioned anything about running behind at all . After an hr I go and say hey im gonna have to leave we have been waiting for an hr and she said ok were running behind..yeah like over an hr behind. That would have been nice to know at check in . I work for a specialist and I know things happen but come on please be up front at check in . Scheduling dept needs help on how to do the job right.

They only received 1 star because the office is well kept and clean. Professionalism is 0. They allowed me to travel all the way to the office before telling me that my daughter couldn't be seen due to her insurance type. That could have been conveyed over a quick call? Bunch of young unprofessional kids working the front counter totally explains why consideration and insurance confirmation prior to visit wasn't completed with a phone call.

The past two times I have come to this specific office I have had to wait an obscene amount of time to get seen by anyone. The initial appointment I had there was about a 30 minute wait which was just a regular scheduled cleaning. The next appointment I was getting some of my wisdom teeth looked at, an appointment that should have been 30 minutes max was made into almost a 2 hour appointment just by how long I had to wait to be seen. Obsurd. Do better.

Bad experience die to the wait time. I had a 10:30 scheduled appointment and wasn’t seen until 11:30 and didn’t leave until 12:05. I had to take more PTO than expected. The technicians were great and to be honest I’m not sure the receptionist’s were at fault either. All I know is that there was a backlog that caused many people to reschedule and be upset. Mint Dentistry missed the mark today and an organization.
